Seeke IPTV

Terms of use

Last updated: 4 November 2026

A player with nothing inside

Seeke IPTV is a video player. It comes with no channels, movies, series or subscriptions, and we don't sell, host or recommend any. It plays only what you add yourself, from a legal subscription or source of your own.

These terms are between you and the publisher of Seeke IPTV named on its App Store page ("we"). By using the app you accept them. If you don't, please delete it.

What you play is up to you

You alone choose what you add and watch. You confirm that you have the right to use every playlist you add, and that playing it is legal where you are.

We don't see, check or control what your playlists hold, and we have no link with your provider. Questions about channels, quality, accounts or renewals go to your provider. Complaints about content go to whoever hosts it, because Seeke hosts nothing.

Free and Premium

The free plan holds one playlist and shows ads. Premium, called Seeke Sharp, holds as many playlists as you like, lets you create collections and removes the ads. Everything else works the same on both.

If Seeke Sharp ends, nothing you saved is removed. Your playlists and collections stay, the ads come back, and adding a playlist or creating a collection needs Seeke Sharp again.

Plans may change in later versions of the app. The purchase screen always shows the current offer and price.

Auto-renewing subscriptions

Seeke Sharp subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple. Payment is taken from your Apple account when you confirm. A subscription renews for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that.

Manage or cancel in iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel anything. After you cancel, Seeke Sharp stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

If the purchase screen offers a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that. Refunds are Apple's call, under Apple's rules. Restore purchases is in Settings > Membership.

Fair use

Seeke is for your own personal viewing. Please don't use it to break the law or anyone's rights, to share access you aren't allowed to share, or to overload or attack any server. Don't copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law gives you that right.

Apple's standard terms

The app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies alongside these terms. Where the two conflict, Apple's agreement wins. You may use Seeke on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store's rules allow.

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app, its content, its maintenance or support, or any claim about it, and Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.

No warranty

Seeke comes as it is and as available. We don't promise that it will run without faults, play every stream or format, or work with every provider. Channels, posters, the TV guide and catch-up depend on your provider and your connection, and can change or stop at any time.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, money paid to a provider, or anything caused by the content you play, your provider or other companies' services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Seeke Sharp in the 12 months before it.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law of your country says can't be removed.

Changes to these terms

We may update the app and these terms. New terms arrive with an app update and a new date at the top. If you keep using Seeke after that, they apply. If you don't agree, stop using the app and cancel any subscription.
